The agreement between you and AKS Consulting (operating the Revenue Pulse brand) when you visit revenuepulseai.com, take the audit, or engage our consulting services.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Client," or "User") and AKS Consulting (GSTIN: 24BPCPS1144B1ZG), a sole proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, operating under the brand name Revenue Pulse ("we," "us," or "Revenue Pulse").

By visiting revenuepulseai.com, submitting the 6-Pillar Revenue Audit, booking a Discovery Call, or engaging any of our paid consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services we offer

Revenue Pulse provides B2B consulting services designed for Indian MSME founders. Our current services are:

Stage 01 · Entry

Discovery Call

₹1,499 · one-time · 45 minutes

A structured 45-minute call to understand your revenue challenges and identify your highest-leverage fix.

Stage 02 · Fix

Full Revenue Diagnostic

from ₹49,999 · 14 days

A forensic audit of your revenue function across all 6 pillars, delivered as a written report.

Stage 03 · Scale

90-Day Revenue Sprint

from ₹3,00,000 · 90 days

A hands-on implementation engagement where we install the fixes identified in the diagnostic.

Stage 04 · Lead

Fractional Sales Head

₹15,000–₹1,00,000/month · 6-month min

Part-time senior sales leadership — reviews, forecasting, coaching, and strategic guidance.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or written proposal signed by both parties before work begins. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW prevails for that specific engagement.

The 6-Pillar Revenue Audit available on our website is provided free of charge for informational purposes only. It is not a consulting engagement and creates no obligations on either party.

3. Fees and payment

  • Discovery Call: ₹1,499 payable in full at the time of booking. Payment is via UPI, online bank transfer, or payment gateway as agreed.
  • Full Revenue Diagnostic: 50% payable on signing the SOW; 50% payable on delivery of the final report.
  • 90-Day Revenue Sprint: Monthly installments or milestone-based payments as specified in the SOW.
  • Fractional Sales Head: Monthly retainer billed in advance at the start of each month.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18% for management consulting services under SAC 998311) will be added to all invoices. Invoices are issued under AKS Consulting (GSTIN: 24BPCPS1144B1ZG). Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month after a 15-day grace period.

4. Refund and guarantee terms

Our Promises

Discovery Call (₹1,499) — satisfaction refund

If, at the end of your 45-minute Discovery Call, you feel the call did not provide clear, honest, actionable value, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the call. Simply email amit@revenuepulseai.com with "Discovery Call refund" in the subject line. No questions asked. Refund processed within 7 working days.

₹10L Guarantee

Full Revenue Diagnostic — ₹10 Lakh recoverable revenue guarantee

If, upon delivery of the final Full Revenue Diagnostic report, we have not identified and quantified at least ₹10,00,000 (ten lakh) of recoverable revenue in your business — specifically, leaks, inefficiencies, or opportunities that, if addressed, could reasonably be expected to recover or unlock that amount of revenue annually — you are entitled to a full refund of the diagnostic fee.

For this guarantee to apply, the following conditions must have been met during the engagement:

  • You provided reasonable access to your sales pipeline data, financial reports (revenue, margin, cost of acquisition), and key team members (sales head, 2–3 reps, finance/ops representative) as requested during the 14-day engagement.
  • You participated in scheduled interviews and responded to written questionnaires within the agreed timelines.
  • Your business has been operating for at least 12 months and has minimum annual revenue of ₹3 Crore (below which the audit scope may not apply meaningfully).
  • You submit the refund request in writing within 30 days of the final report delivery.

These conditions are the minimum required for us to perform a meaningful diagnostic. They are not loopholes. If any of them becomes impossible during the engagement, we will pause the work and discuss next steps with you transparently — not wait until the end to invoke them.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original payment method. Goods and services tax (GST), where applicable, is refunded alongside the principal amount. Refunds do not cover any incidental costs you may have incurred (e.g. your own team's time).

Non-refundable items

Fees for completed work under the 90-Day Revenue Sprint and Fractional Sales Head engagements are non-refundable, as these are time-and-materials engagements where value has been delivered in real-time. Early termination of these engagements is addressed in Section 10.

5. Scope of engagement

Each paid engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that defines:

  • Specific deliverables and their format
  • Timelines and milestones
  • Roles and responsibilities of both parties
  • Required inputs from the Client (access, data, time commitments)
  • Fees, payment schedule, and taxes
  • Any engagement-specific terms

Work outside the scope of the SOW constitutes a change request, which will be quoted and approved in writing before being undertaken.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Revenue Pulse IP

The following are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of AKS Consulting / Revenue Pulse:

  • The 6-Pillar Revenue Diagnostic Framework and all its components, methodologies, and scoring logic
  • The 6-Pillar Revenue Audit tool, its question bank, diagnostic algorithms, and report templates
  • All templates, playbooks, checklists, frameworks, and reference material we develop or have developed
  • The Revenue Pulse brand, logo, copy, website design, and all marketing material
  • Any pre-existing know-how, methodologies, or materials brought to an engagement

During an engagement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the specific deliverables (reports, playbooks, frameworks customised for your business) internally within your organisation for the purpose of improving your own revenue operations. You may not resell, sub-license, or commercially redistribute our IP.

6.2 Client IP

All information, data, documents, and materials provided by you to us — including pipeline data, financial reports, team information, sales processes, customer lists, and business strategy — remain your exclusive property. We hold this data only for the duration necessary to deliver the engagement and in line with our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Aggregate and anonymised insights

We may use anonymised, aggregated patterns and insights across multiple client engagements to improve our methodology, publish industry observations, or train our audit tools — provided that no such use can be traced back to your business or identify you.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This includes:

  • Your business strategy, financials, team information, and customer data
  • Our proprietary methodologies, pricing, and internal processes not publicly available on revenuepulseai.com

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of 3 years. Exceptions apply for information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

Where required — typically before a Full Revenue Diagnostic or Sprint — we are happy to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at your request.

8. No guarantee of specific business outcomes

Important: Revenue Pulse guarantees the quality and substance of our findings and recommendations, as specified in each engagement's scope. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth percentages, customer conversion rates, market share, or profitability.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your team's execution, market conditions, competitive dynamics, macroeconomic environment, regulatory changes, your willingness to implement recommendations, and the capital you invest in execution.

Any illustrative numbers, case studies, or example outcomes shared in marketing materials or during engagements are for reference only and should not be construed as a guarantee of your results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with any engagement, regardless of the cause of action (contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law — for example, liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

10. Cancellation and termination

10.1 By the Client

You may terminate an engagement:

  • Discovery Call: Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, at no cost. Less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the ₹1,499 fee.
  • Full Revenue Diagnostic: Terminate before work begins for a full refund; after work has begun, fees already billed for completed work are non-refundable (the ₹10L guarantee in Section 4 covers the case of unsatisfactory final report).
  • 90-Day Sprint and Fractional Sales Head: Terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period are payable. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.

10.2 By Revenue Pulse

We may terminate an engagement immediately and without refund if:

  • You fail to pay fees when due, after 15 days' written notice
  • You breach confidentiality, misuse our IP, or violate these Terms materially
  • You fail to provide reasonable access, data, or cooperation required to deliver the engagement, after reasonable attempts to resolve
  • Continuing the engagement would require us to act unlawfully or unethically

10.3 Effect of termination

On termination, each party returns or deletes the other's confidential information, you pay for any work completed in good faith before termination, and the confidentiality and IP provisions of these Terms survive.

11. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war or terrorism, government action, internet or utility failures, or other acts of God. The affected party will notify the other as soon as possible and the parties will cooperate in good faith to adjust timelines.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Section 13 (Dispute Resolution), the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises between you and us, we agree to try to resolve it amicably through the following sequence:

  1. Direct discussion: Either party may raise the issue in writing to amit@revenuepulseai.com. We will attempt to resolve it through direct discussion within 15 working days.
  2. Mediation: If direct discussion fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral mediator based in Ahmedabad, mutually agreed upon. Costs of mediation are shared equally.
  3. Arbitration or litigation: If mediation fails within 45 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, or to the competent civil courts in Ahmedabad.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribed users at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (typos, formatting, clarifications) may be made without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of revenuepulseai.com or our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

For engagements already in progress under a signed SOW, the Terms in force at the time of signing continue to apply until that engagement is completed, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
