Refund Policy

Revenue Pulse engagements are high-touch and customized to each client. This policy explains how refunds work across each engagement type — clearly, transparently, and without hidden conditions.

Discovery Call — ₹1,499

Our Promise

7-day satisfaction refund

If, at the end of your 45-minute Discovery Call, you feel the call did not provide clear, honest, actionable value, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the call.

How to request:

  • No questions asked, no justification required
  • Refund processed within 7 working days to your original payment method

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may forfeit the ₹1,499 fee, at our discretion.

Full Revenue Diagnostic — from ₹49,999

₹10L Guarantee

₹10 Lakh recoverable revenue guarantee

If, upon delivery of the final Full Revenue Diagnostic report, we have not identified and quantified at least ₹10,00,000 (ten lakh) of recoverable revenue in your business — specifically, leaks, inefficiencies, or opportunities that, if addressed, could reasonably be expected to recover or unlock that amount annually — you are entitled to a full refund of the diagnostic fee.

For this guarantee to apply, the following must be true:

  • You provided reasonable access to your sales pipeline data, financial reports, and key team members (sales head, 2–3 reps, finance/ops representative) during the 14-day engagement
  • You participated in scheduled interviews and questionnaires within agreed timelines
  • Your business has been operating for at least 12 months with minimum annual revenue of ₹3 Crore
  • You submit the refund request in writing within 30 days of final report delivery

These conditions are the minimum required for us to perform a meaningful diagnostic. They are not loopholes. If any of them becomes impossible during the engagement, we will pause and discuss next steps with you transparently — we won't wait until the end to invoke them.

Before work begins

You can cancel the Diagnostic engagement before work begins for a full refund. Refund requested after work has begun but before report delivery is not eligible — the ₹10L guarantee in the refund card above covers the case of an unsatisfactory final report.

90-Day Revenue Sprint — from ₹3,00,000

How refunds work

The 90-Day Sprint is a hands-on implementation engagement billed in milestones or monthly installments. Fees are charged in advance of each phase and:

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable — value has been delivered in real time
  • Fees for unstarted phases are fully refundable if cancelled with 30 days' written notice
  • In-flight phases: we refund the un-worked portion on a pro-rata basis

How to cancel

Email amit@revenuepulseai.com with subject "Sprint cancellation." Cancellation is effective 30 days from the date of the email. Any pro-rata refund is calculated based on remaining unworked phases and processed within 15 working days.

Fractional Sales Head — ₹15,000–₹1,00,000 / month

How refunds work

Fractional Sales Head engagements are monthly retainers with a 6-month minimum commitment, billed in advance at the start of each month.

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins — leadership, advisory, and team coaching are delivered in real time throughout the month
  • You can terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period are payable
  • After the 6-month minimum, month-to-month rolling. Same 30-day notice applies

Exception: First-month satisfaction

If, within the first 30 days, you feel the engagement is not delivering as scoped, raise it with us in writing. We will either (a) restructure the engagement scope at no additional cost, or (b) terminate the engagement and refund any unused portion of the first month, pro-rated.

Payment processing

All payments to Revenue Pulse are processed securely via Razorpay, India's regulated payment infrastructure provider. Revenue Pulse Consulting does not store your card, UPI, or payment details on its own systems. Refund transactions are also routed back through Razorpay to your original payment method.

For payment-specific queries (failed transactions, duplicate charges, payment confirmations), please raise these with us at amit@revenuepulseai.com and we will coordinate with Razorpay on your behalf where needed.

Service delivery disputes

For specific service delivery issues — such as a missed call, a deliverable not received, a technical error, or anything operational that went wrong during your engagement — please raise these within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery. This window allows us to investigate and resolve operational issues quickly while the context is fresh.

Important: The 48-hour window above applies only to service delivery disputes. Refund eligibility for each engagement type is governed by the specific refund windows listed in the sections above (7 days for Discovery Call, 30 days for Diagnostic, etc.). These remain unchanged.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at amit@revenuepulseai.com
  2. Use a clear subject line — for example: "Refund request — Discovery Call" or "Refund request — Diagnostic"
  3. Include: your name, the engagement involved, the date of payment, and the original payment method
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days
  5. If approved, refund is processed within 15 working days to your original payment method, including any applicable GST
Our principle: If you feel you didn't get value, talk to us first. Often we can fix the issue without a refund — restructure the scope, deliver a different part of the work, or extend our time. If that doesn't work, the refund process is transparent and quick. We don't argue about it.

What is not refundable

  • Fees for completed work under the Sprint or Fractional engagements — value has been delivered
  • Third-party tool subscriptions, software licenses, or external service costs paid through us on your behalf — these are passed through at cost, and are subject to the third party's own refund terms
  • Any taxes (GST or otherwise) that have been remitted to the government and cannot be recovered
  • Incidental costs you may have incurred (your team's time, internal infrastructure, etc.)

If we disagree on a refund

If we are unable to resolve a refund request through direct discussion, the dispute resolution process in our Terms of Service (Section 13) applies — direct discussion, then mediation in Ahmedabad, then arbitration or courts if needed.

Relationship to Terms of Service

This Refund Policy provides a focused summary of the refund and cancellation terms that also appear in Section 4 of our Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between the two documents, our Terms of Service is the legally binding version. This Refund Policy is intended to make the same terms easier to find and read.

Acceptance of this policy

By purchasing any service from Revenue Pulse Consulting — whether a Discovery Call, Full Revenue Diagnostic, 90-Day Sprint, or Fractional Sales Head engagement — you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy as it stands at the time of purchase.

If we update this policy in the future, the version in effect at the time of your purchase continues to govern your engagement, unless both parties agree in writing to the updated terms.
