1. Who we are

This website, revenuepulseai.com, is owned and operated by AKS Consulting, a sole proprietorship registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. AKS Consulting does business under the brand name Revenue Pulse (also referred to as "Revenue Pulse Consulting"). In this Privacy Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AKS Consulting / Revenue Pulse.

Our business is B2B consulting — specifically, fractional sales leadership, revenue diagnostics, and growth consulting for Indian MSMEs. We collect personal data only to deliver those services and communicate with prospective and existing clients.

Data Fiduciary: Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), AKS Consulting is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data, and only when you voluntarily provide it:

2.1 Information you submit through the 6-Pillar Revenue Audit

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your WhatsApp / mobile number (optional)
  • Your responses to the 12 audit questions (information about your business's sales operations)

2.2 Information you submit through contact or booking forms

  • Your name, email, phone number (if provided)
  • Any details you share about your business, role, or specific requirements

2.3 Technical information automatically collected

  • Your IP address (collected by our hosting provider and form processor for security and abuse prevention)
  • Browser type and device information (for site optimisation)
  • Pages visited and time spent on the site (for analytics, if enabled)
We do not collect: financial account information (bank details, card numbers), government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN), or sensitive personal data as defined under Indian law — except where explicitly necessary for a paid engagement and with your separate written consent.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your personal data for specific, limited purposes:

  • To deliver the 6-Pillar Revenue Audit report you requested, based on your answers.
  • To send you follow-up emails related to your audit (the 5-email nurture sequence) and, if you consent or do not opt out, our weekly Revenue Pulse newsletter.
  • To respond to your inquiries about our consulting services, including Discovery Calls, Diagnostics, Sprints, and Fractional Sales Head engagements.
  • To improve our services — for example, by analysing aggregate, anonymised audit data to understand common patterns across MSME businesses.
  • To comply with legal obligations — including responding to lawful requests from Indian government authorities.

Legal basis for processing (DPDP Act): We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit a form on this site. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 9).

4. How we collect it

We collect your personal data through:

  • Forms you complete on revenuepulseai.com (audit form, contact form, booking form)
  • Direct communications you initiate via email, WhatsApp, or phone
  • Professional networking platforms where you have connected with us (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Referrals, where a third party has introduced you with your consent

We do not purchase email lists, scrape contact information, or acquire personal data from data brokers.

5. Who we share it with

We share your personal data only with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the business. Each of these is contractually obligated to protect your data:

  • Google (Google Workspace, Apps Script, Sheets, Gmail) — receives audit submissions and contact form data, which we store in Google Sheets and use to send you an audit report and follow up via email. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Hostinger (our website hosting provider) — receives standard web server logs including your IP address when you visit our site. See Hostinger's Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number become subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
  • Razorpay (for any paid engagement) — processes your payment securely. We do not store your card or payment details. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

We may disclose personal data if legally required to do so — for example, in response to a court order, subpoena, or lawful request from a government authority in India. We will notify you of such a request unless legally prohibited from doing so.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we have a legitimate reason to:

  • Audit submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, so we can reference your report if you return to us.
  • Email subscribers: retained as long as you remain subscribed. Removed within 7 days of your unsubscribe request.
  • Client engagement records (contracts, invoices, correspondence): retained for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and company law.
  • Prospect inquiries that do not lead to engagement: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless you remain subscribed to our newsletter.

After these periods, we either delete your data or anonymise it (for aggregate analysis) such that it can no longer be linked back to you.

7. How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and our website
  • Access controls on our email, document, and form storage systems
  • Use of reputable third-party service providers (see Section 5) with their own robust security measures
  • Principle of least privilege — only the founder (Amit Sharma) has access to client personal data
  • Regular review of access permissions and third-party data processing agreements

However, no system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.

8. Cookies and tracking

revenuepulseai.com currently uses minimal cookies:

  • Essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g. form submission tokens). These cannot be disabled.
  • Local storage used by the 6-Pillar Revenue Audit to save your progress if you close the tab mid-way through. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you submit the form.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or similar tracking technologies. If we add any in future, we will update this policy and — where legally required — ask for your consent before activating them.

9. Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and how we are processing it.
  • Right to correction: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data, subject to limited exceptions (e.g. where we are required to retain it under tax law).
  • Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Right to grievance redressal: You can raise a complaint about our handling of your personal data directly with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
  • Right to nominate: You can nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at amit@revenuepulseai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 7 working days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

10. Children's data

Our services are intended for business professionals — founders, business owners, and senior leadership. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify subscribed users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
  • Keep an archive of previous versions, available on request

Your continued use of revenuepulseai.com after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
